Banks Lyon Jewellers offers an exclusive bespoke jewellery design service for those individuals who are looking for a unique engagement ring, wedding band or piece of jewellery.

Our general manager, Bob Breden, a qualified gemmologist and diamond grader, is dedicated to designing and creating individual jewellery pieces that are designed to cater for the tastes and budget of each customer.

With a passion for sourcing beautifully cut Diamonds and precious stones, both Rodney and Bob frequently visit the Diamond Bourse in Antwerp to hand pick stones to ensure our customers receive the best service available, and are assured of the highest quality and value. This exclusive personal service will ensure that you have a creation that is not only unique but is as memorable as it is rewarding.

Whether you have a firm idea of what you are after or no idea at all, our team will take the time to sit down with you and discuss all the options available to you. We will browse our existing range for inspiration and discuss your own ideas and requirements.

If you cannot make it into our Lancaster show room then you can send us any images or ideas you may have via post or email.

One of our highly qualified team will provide a few initial ideas on paper either in your consultation or after which we will then give to you to consider. You will then be able to get an idea of the finished product and make any changes or adjustments before we can finalise the designs to exactly what you had in mind.

Estimated quotes within your specified budget are provided for each of the designs, but rest assured, there is no commitment required from you at this point. We will work until you are happy with the final design and quote, at which point we will require a deposit in order to start the making of your unique design.

When your creation is ready you will receive a phone call from us to arrange the remainder of the payment and collection or we can post it directly to you via worldwide insured, recorded delivery.
